TyroTech provides custom website design and digital branding services. Due to the creative and project-based nature of our work, the following refund and cancellation terms apply to all website projects and custom digital services.
All website projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. Deposits secure project scheduling, planning, design preparation, and development time.
Because work begins immediately after onboarding and planning, deposits become non-refundable once active work has started.
TyroTech builds fully custom websites tailored to each business and brand. Due to the time, design work, revisions, and development involved, refunds are handled according to project progress.
Projects under the standard website package require payment before development begins.
If a project is canceled before work starts, a refund may be issued.
Once design or development work has begun, refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued partially depending on completed work.
Advanced website builds, custom integrations, and e-commerce projects may require staged payments or custom project pricing.
Because these projects involve larger development scope and extended build timelines, deposits become non-refundable once development has started.
Each project includes a limited revision structure outlined before development begins.
Additional revisions, content changes, or major redesign requests outside the original project scope may require additional billing.
Clients are responsible for providing required materials such as logos, images, written content, branding assets, and business information in a timely manner.
Project delays caused by missing client materials do not qualify for refunds.
TyroTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate a project if payment obligations are not met, project terms are violated, or communication has ceased for an extended period.
TyroTech reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
